Anita Welds is the Senior Human Resources Manager and the Office Manager for the Office of the Ombudsman Cayman Islands. She brings over a decade of human resources generalist experience to the office and exudes a passion for diversity and inclusivity through fostering a positive and supportive workplace culture.

Anita is known for her resolute drive for “fairness for all.” She is a results-focused leader who delivers talent acquisition, retention, and motivation solutions that help harness the full power of one of our organization's most valuable assets – its people. In her time away from the office, she enjoys cooking and exploring new culinary experiences.
